Tina Sotiriadi

Studied Art History and Classics (at the Courtauld Institute of Art (MA) and University College London (BA) respectively).  She is currently co-founding director at HS Projects.
 
Previously she was gallery manager and curator at Wigmore Fine Arts (1998-2000), where she worked with a number of emerging artists including Sonia Boyce, Jordan Baseman, Kiera Bennett, Rowena Dring and Chema Alvargonsalez.
 
From 1995 to 1998 she was curator and art consultant at Fine Art Consultancy where, as well as project managing site specific commissions and offering advisory services, she organised a number of exhibitions, artist residencies and exchange programmes between the UK and Japan. In 1995 she did a 3-month internship at Sotheby’s London, Modern Art Department.
 
She has written numerous reviews and essays in international art periodicals, such as Art in America, Third Text, zingmagazine, Time Out Athens, Kathimerini and The Art Magazine.  Catalogue essays include an ‘in-conversation’ for Zineb Sedira’s solo show at the Cornerhouse, Manchester, 2004 and an interview with Jenny Marketou for Mar De Fondo curated by Rosa Martinez, 1998.
